Prices

* Our one-hour classes are HK$160, however for a package of five, it's only HK$700 (with a six-month validity) and for a package of 10 classes, HK$1400

* Our Pilates Reformer classes are HK$240 each, and for a package of five, HK$1100.

* Our children's classes are HK$150 and packages are available upon request

Private Tuition

Embody offers private tuition in Pilates Reformer / Equipment, Pilates Mat and yoga classes. Private tuition is a wonderful way to start your journey to peak physical condition to achieve your fitness goals. During the sessions, you'll gain invaluable insight about your body and be appropriately progressed by our qualified instructors.

Terms and Conditions

All classes require a minimum of 12 notice of cancellation there will be a charge of class price. Classes will be cancelled in the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning, a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher or adverse weather conditions that at the discretion of Embody warrant the cancellation of a class. If in doubt, please contact the studio on 6624-8712. A full refund will be made for any class cancelled by Embody due to the aforementioned conditions.
