Meet the team
Our team of talented instructors are dedicated to bringing you the best experiences in our classes.
Ash
Ashleigh first discovered pilates when she went home to visit family in 2017 where her mother booked her into a reformer class. She fell in love with the practice and has never looked back.
After moving to Hong Kong, Ashleigh took the chance to study Pilates through Stott, to gain more knowledge and understanding about the practice. Since becoming a mother, Ashleigh has a new appreciation for her body, and decided to pursue a career in teaching pilates.
Ashleigh has completed her pre and postnatal coaching and is currently working towards completing her BSc in food and nutrition.

Federica
Originally from Italy, but based in Hong Kong since early 2004, Federica started her yogic journey since her move to Asia, fascinated by the sense of peace and release she immediately experienced on and off the mat. Yoga practice inspired her to live each moment more mindfully and empathetically and to help others find the same comfort through it.
She completed her yoga trainings under the guidance of Master Yogananth Andiappan, at Anahata-Yoga.

Federica believes yoga is the right balance between strength and flexibility, so her classes combine a Yin and Yang approach to postures, with a focus on meditation and breathing techniques.
