Studio Owner/Pilates Instructor

Gill has been in the health and fitness industry for the majority of her adult life. Starting as a swim coach and learn to swim instructor in South Africa she discovered Pilates and never looked back. She is passionate about injury prevention and rehabilitation and is currently studying to be a certified Pre and postnatal coach. 


Gill is somewhat of a sports nut and loves trail running, swimming and paddling.

Hailing from New York, USA, Pam’s enthusiasm for Pilates began over 10 years ago when she took her first Reformer class. At that time she was in Business Development and Sales within the Supply Chain industry and it was that role that brought her to Hong Kong in 2012.

Pam was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2018. Through the loving support of her husband, family and friends, she conquered 2 surgeries and 6 rounds of chemotherapy. A month after her last chemo infusion, she got back on the Reformer. With a new perspective on life and the help of Pilates to heal her mind and body, she left the corporate world and completed Pilates instructor training. Pamcakes (as we lovingly call her) is an intuitive, precise and encouraging teacher. Expect her instructions to include fun imagery, concise explanations and physical adjustments only after gaining your consent. She firmly believes Pilates is for every BODY and every ONE. Her inclusive classes are fun, dynamic and will appropriately and safely bring each student to their individual edge. Pam’s goal is to help you create mind-body connections which will draw out your strength and confidence. Pamcakes favorite ab exercise is laughing!

Grace began her Pilates journey whilst living in Melbourne. She fell in love with the practice as it offers an effective workout that is challenging but gentle on the body. 


Grace took the chance to study with Stott, an international school of pilates when she moved to Hong Kong in 2018. Since then, Grace has left the corporate world to so she can share her love of Pilates with others. 


In addition to her Stott Pilates training, Grace is trained in TRX and BootyBarre.


Grace’s classes are nurturing yet challenging, and offer a space for students to have fun whilst working their bodies efficiently
