A Cup of Yoga

Get your weekly dose in this fabulous class where you'll focus on stretching, your core strength, flow, balance and Shavsana.

Bounce DanceFit
Attend a "Bounce DanceFit" class and you'll change the way you look at a workout! It's fun, effective and for “everyone". The class has
got a commercial Pop/R&B root, and the choreography is fun and easy to follow. It's a total workout, combining elements of dance, fitness, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and it's all combined with an amazing boost of energy that will make you feel awesome each time you leave the class.

Deep Stretch and Restorative Yoga
This class is a full-body workout and at the same time promotes mental stability and concentration. You will go through a series of Yoga Poses while synchronising your breathing patterns to each movement. It's a workout that builds flexibility and strength leaving you feeling centred, stretched and calm.

De-stress, Unwind and Relax Yoga

This class Increases mobility in joints which improves range of motion. It creates overall body flexibility, enhances sensory acuity, mental focus, concentration, mental clarity, will power and determination, and it'll strengthen deep connective tissue preventing or minimizing injury. The class is suitable for men and women of all levels of fitness, however, beginners are strongly encouraged to go at their own pace.


FatBurn with Yoga Stretch

This class is a wonderful mix of strengthening, core control, cardio and stretch to cool down. The best of everything to enable you to take control of your body and achieve rapid results.

FitMix Cardio
This class is a wonderful mix of cardio, strengthening, core control and stretch. The best of everything to make you Fit in this Mix!
Gentle Power Flow Yoga
This class is for everyone as it’s perfect for all levels and abilities and especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of Yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic Yoga poses while using your breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this class allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.


Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga 

A Yoga class that links breath with movement as a means to stretch and strengthen the muscles and focus on alignment whilst balancing and calming the mind. The pace can be varied depending on the needs of the student. 

Kids Yoga for 5-10 year olds
This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how
to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw and play Yoga in this energy releasing class which is so beneficial.

Kids Bollywood themed Zumba for 5-10 year olds
This is a kids Zumba class with a Bollywood thread woven into it. Bollywood is bright, fun, and colourful and these elements are incorporated into the dance routines, developing the body’s natural rhythm, as well as its balance and coordination.
Kids Zumba Hip Hop" (6-11 years old)
This Hip Hop class is fun and the kids love it as they get to dance and move to fantastic music - perfect for little feet with an awesome beat.

Nirvana Fitness
A new fitness class concept, where harmony and equilibrium prevail. The Nirvana fitness is an unique blend of uplifting positive music beat, simple to follow toning exercises and rhythmic breathing to detox the body and eliminate daily stress. Nirvana brings you a complete solution of captivating exercises, from Yoga and Pilates, focusing on those endorphins that release stress. The class has a calming, meditative effect over the mind, tones the whole body, gives participants an energy boost and lowers stress levels. Moreover, the class educates the habitual healthy, deep and slow diaphragmatic daily breathing pattern, which allows the organism to receive necessary oxygen levels. With the unique flow of Yoga, Pilates and breathing to music, Nirvana Fitness relaxes the mind, brings awareness to the inner self and keeps you in touch with your body.
Pilates Mat
The benefit of Pilates mat work is that it can be done anywhere, but it's obviously best at the Embody studio! Many people don't realize that Pilates mat work is often harder than the work on the machines, and that the initial tightness and muscle imbalance can make it challenging to access your core muscles during a Pilates mat workout. Personally, we feel that Pilates mat works are best done alongside private Pilates sessions.

Pilates Reformer
The resistance of the Reformer means you'll get results from your workouts faster. The tension of the springs on the moving carriage adjust to different levels of difficulty and as you become stronger and more proficient with the Reformer, you progress from reclined exercises to ones that put less of your body surface on the carriage, meaning you need to use more of your own strength and coordination to execute the moves. You may even notice greater definition in your arms, legs and abs with consistent work on the Reformer, so it's really wonderful.
Stretch & Strengthen Yoga
This series of Yoga poses will help you open your hips, stretch your hamstrings and energize your body. This class is designed for
someone with a basic knowledge of Yoga, and the poses used are designed to strengthen and lengthen. You're encouraged to stretch
in a slow, steady motion to the point of “mild discomfort.”
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
The word “Vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like Yoga poses for example. In Yinyasa Yoga classes, you'll coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Ashtanga, Baptiste Yoga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga,

and Prana Flow could all be considered Vinyasa yoga.
Yoga / Pilates Combo
Yogalates is an ever-increasing popular exercise due to its positive effects on the body and the mind alike. Yogalates allows you to
practice and improve your very own limits; you can push and stretch your body while opening up your mind. Working within your own limits is at the heart of Yogalates - everyone has different strengths and needs and Yogalates can always be adapted to the individual. Yogalates is superb for flexibility, muscle toning and endurance and there are huge benefits from the combination of Yoga and Pilates.

Zumba® infused with Bollywood
Bollywood Grooves and Latin Shakes make for the perfect party recipe! Bollywood dancing is a fun way to add some exercise into your daily routine and with the combination of Zumba and Bollywood, it's extremely creative with moves that will help you tone and work different muscles of your entire body.

Zumba® Fitness & Zumba® Toning Combo

Zumba Toning is a class conducted with lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks which enhance your coordination whilst toning target zones, including your arms, core and lower body. The 'Sticks' are musically charged dumbbells that shake and rattle as you move, so it's just awesome!

What with that and elements of Zumba Fitness which combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, this combo class is the best 241!
